Academic courses

INTRODUCTION
Since its establishment (1995), the main purpose of the Magnificat Institute (from now on “MI”) has been that of giving a professional education to students with a musical talent and an interest, in order to create artists, performers, educators and “makers” of music.

The MI welcomes students from the ages of 4-5 and, through its Pre-Academic courses (1st, 2nd and 3rd cycles) takes them gradually to the Academic courses. In partnership with the Conservatory of Music “A. Pedrollo” since 2003, the MI implements the Pre-Academic programs of the Conservatory.

Granted to all the students who have completed the 3rd cycle study program at the MI, the diploma guarantees automatic access to the Academic Courses of the Conservatory of Music “A. Pedrollo” in Vicenza (Italy), or in Jerusalem with and at the MI.

On June 26, 2012, the Ministry of Education of Italy (Miur) has authorized the establishment of 1st level (BA Degree) and 2ndlevel (Master’s Degree) academic courses by the Conservatory A. Pedrollo of Vicenza at and through the MI. The implementation of the Academic Courses of 1st level and 2nd level at and through the MI is expected for the first time at the beginning of the Academic Year 2014-15. Once completed the academic study program at the MI, the Conservatory A. Pedrollo of Vicenza and the Magnificat Institute will grant BA and MA degrees with legal value in Italy and the entire European Union.
